How To Make An Electrical Arc Furnace
Why people recommend it
Linked as an example of a home-built arc furnace running from a microwave oven transformer; viewers note it is fiddly and raises real safety questions.
Watch for: dangerous voltages and currents; not a beginner build
In their words
I looked through the comments section, and some said it was not dangerous because the voltage was too low to penetrate his skin, however i am not one to put my life in the hands of youtube comments, so I thought asking a more professional crowd might be better.
